Stay at Your Own Risk—Unpleasant Experience

We were crammed into a small quadruple room instead of two reserved rooms. It felt quite chaotic, especially with luggage. The only upside was the beautiful hot springs, which you can access without staying here. Not returning.

The resort's hot spring pools were a highlight of our trip, providing a perfect retreat with varying temperatures for relaxation.

i almost thought this place was nice, but the situation with the hot springs being open only 9-9 is just too limiting, and the staff coming to smell pillows is frankly absurd. how can they expect me to enjoy myself in a small room with no hangers and have a fancy breakfast brought to me, but no special treatment?

The breakfast was a highlight. the staff was friendly and very attentive. Enjoyed relaxing in the hot springs surrounded by beautiful nature. The outdoor dining area had a lovely atmosphere.

Access to hot springs could be extended. would also appreciate more storage hooks in the room.

The hot springs with varying temperatures were a delight. Loved the private cabins—cozy and modern with spacious showers. Easy access to the town made exploring a breeze. They have fun pools to unwind.

Our container room felt a tad snug with luggage. Weekend crowds made pool access a bit of a scramble, like a game of duck-duck-goose!
